What Else?Spartan Tri-State New Jersey Beast

Bring a valid form of ID and your registration barcode (either printed or on your phone). This race will take you through water and mud, up hills and mountains, and near barbed wire and fire, so dress appropriately. Your best bet is to wear what you normally train in and to avoid cotton. It’s also recommended that you bring towels and extra clothes. Fuel for the race, such as water or energy bars, is permitted, but no other outside food and drinks are allowed. Invite friends and family to cheer you on, but please leave your pets at home.

Mountain Creek Resort and the surrounding area have a wide variety of activities for all seasons that you can enjoy while you’re in the neighborhood. If you’re looking for more athletic adventure on top of racing, you can participate in fat biking, horseback riding, hiking, and even skydiving. For a more relaxing day, take a short trip to the Warwick Drive-In theater or the Warwick Valley Winery. For kid-friendly activities, try the Space Farms Zoo and Museum or play a round at Action Putts, New Jersey’s most challenging mini golf course.
