Curt Maggit finished his professional football career with seven major surgeries, including two ACL and a hip fracture. Fast forward to today, the 6’4 230 lbs. hybrid athlete approaches his fitness and exercise in an unorthodox way.
Putting an emphasis on the importance of warm-ups and full body engagement during movements, Maggit brings the NOBULL mentality of ‘train hard, no excuses’ every time he enters a Life Time gym. With key focus areas of functionality, mobility, alignment, endurance, and strength, Maggit moves through a variety of exercises including:
- Kettlebell lunges
- Side-to-side skiers
- Barbell deadlift
- Single arm dumbbell press
- Vibrating plate – warm-up
- Ski erg and row erg
- Elliptical/bike – low impact cardio
