Inspired by the song Kiss Me I’m Irish from Gaelic Storm. What better way than celebrate St Patrick’s weekend with real Irish Music! With a Half Marathon, 8K, 4k AND run at the world’s largest Kilt run record Kiss Me I’m Irish has something for everyone. 2018 will be the second year of a 4 part medal. The finishers medal builds over 4 years into a lucky four leaf clover.
“Arizona’s Largest St Patrick’s race for a cause! Costume contests, easy course, plus there are lots of fun activities to do in Glendale! ” – Darryl Toupkin, Organizer
If you’re up to it, you can help raise money for Arizona Relay for Life by taking the “Kiss Me I’m Irish” challenge! Run 1k on Friday night, then come back and run the Half Marathon, 8K or 4K on St Patrick’s Day, March 17th. You’ll get lots of bling – a medal for Friday, a medal for Saturday and an extra “challenge” medal.
In the true spirit of St. Patricks Day there will be post-race music until 11 am and plenty of food and beverage, including “Bundtinis” compliments of Nothing Bundt Cakes. The party continues at Westgate with an after-party at McFadden’s Restaurant & Saloon, and a Guinness for all!
