Superfood Kale Salad Recipe
- Wash and clean one bunch of kale greens.
- Tear into bite size pieces.
- Gently massage until a bright green color is present.
- Add diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and yellow peppers.
- Shave red cabbage and carrots about half a cup each and add to the bowl.
- Toss about 1 tbsp of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp sea salt over mixture
- Scoop out flesh of two avocados and add directly to your salad mixture.
- Massage the avocado into your salad coating all veggies completely.
- Cut 1/2 a lemon and squeeze directly into your salad and toss again
- Place salad onto your plate or in a bowl.
- Top with 1/4 cup of hemp seeds and 2 tbsp of goji berries.
